My family and I recently hired Tana Myhre to oversee an estate sale in Wisconsin. Tana came to us as a recommendation from a highly respected auction company in the area. The decision to hire Tana was an easy one when she arrived at the home to conduct an evaluation of the property and discuss the extensive services she offered. It seemed as though Tana had an endless array of resources and connections available to do almost anything a homeowner might need done. You name it; Tana will find a way to get it done!

Shortly after hiring Tana, she quickly proved her worth in many ways. Most importantly, I felt an immediate sense of trust with Tana and the people she worked with. I had no reservations allowing Tana and her crew complete access to the house. Tana and her crew will safeguard valuables and personal items whenever found, and she will then notify the homeowner immediately. As far as work ethic, to say Tana is a workaholic would be an understatement; within hours, she completed more than I could have in days. Tana exercises a great deal of attention to detail and she really knows how to stage a sale for maximum effect. One thing to note is Tana has an uncanny eagle eye. After everything was set up for the sale, I inadvertently moved an item from a table and Tana noticed it immediately after she arrived the next day. This only reinforced my belief that Tana knew what she was doing and that she would quickly determine if something went awry during the sale. Tana worked diligently and efficiently to make sure the sale was ready to go on time. During the sale, Tana also made sure the attendees always had a safe route of travel throughout the sale areas.

Usually the need for an estate sale is due to less than desirable circumstances. In the case of our family going through a very difficult pass, it was very comforting to know we had a respectful and trustworthy person handling generations of precious memories and many other valuables. Just imagine the potential anguish of hiring the wrong person to conduct a job this magnitude. Finding the right person can prove to be a difficult task; however, we were lucky and got Tana’s name from a reputable source from the very beginning. I only hope my recommendation of Tana Myhre makes your decision an easier one.

Tana Myhre has been an enormous help to my family.  On relatively short notice, she emptied and cleaned a vacation home and our main residence prior to its sale.  During this process, she was able to sell a number of pieces of furniture.  She also held an estate sale at my parents' home.  My parents threw very little away, therefore, Tana had to sort and categorize mountains of stuff to get ready for the sale.  During and after the sale, she was meticulous about documenting receipts as well as her time to make sure my parents' maximized the value of their things.  She also did yard work and cleaned for us as we lived over an hour away.  Tana's goal is to take on anything that makes your life easier.  Tana is hard working, efficient, organized, and extremely high character.  I recommend her without reservation!

No job is too overwhelming for Tana! With efficiency, attention to detail, respect and wonderful organizational skills, she takes care of it all! 
I was extremely over whelmed after my dad passed and realized years of accumulated things were something I'd have to deal with. Not only was Tana able to sell most of the stuff, but then completely got the house ready for the new owners. 

I can't express how incredibly grateful I am for Tana! She did everything for me and was worth every penny! A death of a loved one isn't something I'm looking forward to going through again, but I hope Tana and I work together in the future!

Tana was the best investment our family made when selling our parent’s home of 60 years.  She and her staff took care of all the details in preparation for the estate sale including organizing and cleaning.  The sale was perfectly staged and executed.

After the sale Tana arranged for removal of any remaining items and then proceeded to clean the house until it was spotless.  The house was successfully sold within 2 days !
